1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day (available for select locations).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before completing your order at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. (conditions may apply).
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses at this time. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us directly for more information.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Nexusalipc is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately to request an update.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your product or a replacement if necessary.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only allow shipping to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
