Refund and Return Policy of Nexusalipc

At Nexusalipc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may need assistance with returns. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as software, downloadable products, and custom-built hardware, may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@nexusalipc.com or call (802) 862-2955 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the item to our return address provided in the RMA instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once received, our team will inspect the returned item and process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Purchases – Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • PayPal Transactions – Refunds will be sent to the original PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
  • Bank Transfers – Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Store Credit – If preferred, customers can choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, and customers must follow the return process.
